COUPLES: If you want to become part of the bridal registry program, contact us and let us know that you would like to be registered with us. We will then setup your account with this feature, and provide you with insert cards for your invitations letting your friends and family know that you are registered with us.

Frequently asked questions

 

How much can I give to the couple?

You can provide the gift in any amount that you like. Just enter the amount you would like to provide to them in the online form.

 

Are their any fees for this system? 

We do not charge any fees for this service. It is a courtesy for our clients.

 

What methods of payment are accepted?

Check, Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express.

 

How do I let people know I am registered with you?

Just like any other registry, we provide small business card size registry announcements with our registry information on them. There are no charges for the cards if you are using our registry system. We would just need to know the number of announcements you plan on sending out so we provide you with adequate cards.

 

Are their any limitations to how the registry funds are used? 

Due to legal restraints, we can only process amounts for use with Digital Dreammakers and the services that we offer. We cannot provide cash directly to the client, nor under any circumstances will we divert gift funds to other vendors.

 

Will the couple know what their balance is?

All of our clients have the ability to access their online account manager through the internet at any time to check their running balance. They are also notified when a registry gift arrives, with the senders information and the amount of the gift provided.

 

 

What if the client receives more in gifts that what their balance is?

Once the couple gets within $200.00 of their balance due, they have the choice of having us stop accepting gifts on their behalf, OR they can allow it to go into credit with us to upgrade their package, or allow for the purchase of additional services or products through us.  If friends or families send in a gift to a couple who have stopped accepting gifts to their account,  we will notify the sender that the account is full, and no charges will be processed.

 

 

What if I decide on a different gift?

Due to the processing fees involved, all sales are final and not subject to refunds. If you wish to add to the amount, we can run a second gift for the couple for you.
